Beauty is a constantly changing standard within our world. To be thinner, stronger, weaker, long hair, short hair, short, tall, tan, pale, Etc. To fit inside the box of the perceived notion of attractiveness. For this work, I wanted to showcase two completely normal human features, and contrast them with texture. The hair, which is often praised, is the “beautiful” trait. The acne, which is a fairly common occurrence in many, acts as the “ugly” trait.
